The human spirit is incredibly resilient. My role is simply to hold the space for you to rediscover that strength — and move toward a life of meaning and clarity.Jennifer Fleming, MEd, LPC
How I work
I look at the whole person — not just the symptom. Your history, relationships, work, and body are all part of the conversation.
No two plans look alike. I draw from ACT, CBT, and solution-focused approaches — based on what actually fits you.
Therapy should feel like a steady, honest relationship. You set the pace. I hold the space, without judgment.
About Jennifer
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor — and a lifelong educator. For over twenty years I've walked alongside adolescents and adults as a teacher, school counselor, director of counseling, and in post-secondary readiness. Therapy is the natural next chapter of that same work.
I take the time to understand each client through compassion, working from a holistic perspective — your story, your relationships, your work, and your body are all part of the picture. I grew up in Keller, Texas, earned my Bachelor of Science from Texas State University, and completed my Master of Education in School Counseling at Dallas Baptist University.
Outside the office, home is a family of seven plus our doodle, Beau. I read whenever I can get away with it.
What I help with
Individual therapy, delivered virtually. 50-minute sessions, weekly or every other week — whatever fits your life. Here's where I focus.
From chronic worry to panic to high-functioning anxiety. We'll map the triggers, quiet the noise, and build practical tools you can use in the moment.
Whether it's been weeks, months, or years, depression is workable. We focus on small, sustainable momentum — not toxic positivity.
Grief doesn't follow a timeline. We make space for it, honor it, and find a way to carry it that still lets you live.
Anger is usually a messenger. We'll figure out what it's trying to say and build healthier outlets — for you and the people you love.
The leap into adult life is bigger than anyone admits — identity, independence, and the pressure to have it all figured out.
Burnout, pivots, layoffs, returning to work, imposter feelings. Professional change is personal — we'll work through both.
Workplace stress, leadership pressure, difficult colleagues, and the invisible weight of being the one everyone leans on.
Two decades with teenagers means I don't flinch at what they bring in. Parents get a clear, honest partner in the process.
Secure video sessions on a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. All you need is a quiet space and a device with a camera.
Standard 50-minute sessions. The initial consult is a free 15-minute call — no commitment.
Most clients start weekly, then we adjust to biweekly or monthly as you build momentum.
Insurance & fees
Phone or video. A no-pressure chance to see if we're a fit — no commitment either way.
Book consult50 minutes · self-pay rate. Applied to your deductible where applicable.
60 minutes · first session only. History, goals, and a plan that fits you.
Book your next session yourself, any time. After your consultation, Ava sets you up in Upheal — when you book, you'll be asked for the email address on file. Not set up yet? Call or text and we'll sort it out.
I'm in-network with the carriers listed here. Coverage varies by plan, so I'll verify your benefits before the first session — you'll know exactly what to expect.
Don't see your plan? Ask during the consult. I can often submit a monthly superbill you can use for out-of-network reimbursement. Paying out of pocket? You're entitled to a written Good Faith Estimate of costs before we begin.
A limited number of reduced-fee slots are available. Please ask during the consult — no judgment, ever.
Twenty-four hours' notice, no charge. Late cancellations or no-shows are billed at the full session rate.
I don't — I'm a counselor, not a psychiatrist. If medication would help, I'll refer you to a trusted prescriber and coordinate care.
It depends on the goal. Some clients come for 6–8 focused sessions; others stay longer. We check in regularly about how it's going.
